Originally from Edmonton, Alberta Leslie
began her career with a strong foot hold in Healthcare Management.
She received her formal education from the University of Alberta and
Simon Fraser University. She furthered her studies in the publishing
industry as well as learning
and development.
Ms. Nolin has lived and worked on
the West Coast since 1997.
Her
expertise in strategic marketing and corporate alliances has allowed
The Izzo Group to evolve into one of the boutique
organizational development firms on the west coast.
In 1998 she started FairWinds Press
Publishers, a small west coast house that would independently
produce and strategically market publications and learning tools
that would enhance the company's library of offerings and
development products. From retail outlets across North
America to training and management programs sold globally, the Izzo
Group's publishing arm remains a corporate success.
In 2007 an offer from the Biography
Channel to co-produce a TV series became a reality. The television series, "the five things
you must discover before you die" was created and Ms. Nolin
established One Life
Productions Corp. a visual arts production house that would
see the birth of Dr. John Izzo's TV series and collaborated then
with Detroit Public Television to offer the series
in their market. As co-producer with Omni Television the Series "the
Five Secrets You Must Discover Before You Die" was syndicated to PBS
prior to the titles publication with Barrett Koehler Publishers in 2008.
In 2009 Leslie saw the birth of two
newly researched organizational training programs by author Olivia
McIvor and she welcomed
back Mr. Eric Klein. He along with Dr. John Izzo developed the
company's FOUR PATHS model of personal development, team development
and leadership development.
Leslie has project managed initiatives for organizations
including: Mayo Clinic, Bayer Healthcare, Mercy Medical Center, IBM, Canada Life, Computer Guidance Corporation,
TELUS, Manulife Financial, Sun Microsystems, Centegra Healthcare
System and has
