Mr. Jeremy Ball
With an extensive
background in the service and hospitality sectors, Mr. Ball’s work
focuses on helping organizations develop internal and external
service
cultures. He has provided leadership to and consulted with
training and development departments within leading Canadian and
American service organizations including healthcare, hotel and
hospitality, Construction, Travel, Technology and Environmental
Organizations.
As consultant, Mr. Ball
has worked with clients to establish service and leadership cultures
within new and existing organizations, design and facilitate
programs ranging from service excellence to leadership
effectiveness, facilitated executive and leadership retreats,
provided leadership coaching, consulted with organisations in the
strategic planning and objective setting process and establish and
implement performance management systems.
Mr. Ball left his position
as Regional Director of Training Development/Learning Coach at
Canadian Pacific/Fairmont Hotels to work with Izzo Consulting Inc in
the progressive and enriching field of personal and organizational
development. His expertise has been sought by organizations
including: GTE Northwest, Hos Brothers Construction, American
Management Systems, St Joseph’s Hospital, Providence St Vincent’s
Hospital, Deloitte & Touche, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, BC
Hydro and the Canadian Cancer Society. Jeremy’s business integrity
