Four Generations- One Workplace is The
Izzo Group's premiere educational program designed to bridge the
gaps between the four different age groups sharing the workplace today.
(Pre-boomers, Boomers, Gen X, Gen Y and quickly approaching is the
techno kids)
Different age groups have long shared the
workplace, however the technology explosion over the last ten years
combined with individuals focusing on personal values has changed the
world of work immensely. This program begins to bridge those gaps.
We teach the four generations sharing the workplace today about each
other... and learn effective ways to maximize each age groups strengths.

sequel to this book in 2010. We are hoping, you our supporters will
